Apollo TV Forum (“we”, “us”, “the forum”) is a fan-run online discussion community. The site is dedicated to conversations about movies, TV series, sports coverage and legal streaming platforms.

2. What this site is (and is not)
Apollo TV Forum is an independent community board where users can:
- Discuss films, series and sports events from a fan perspective.
- Share opinions and recommendations on legal streaming services and broadcasters.
- Talk about home-cinema setups, devices and viewing experiences.
Apollo TV Forum does not:
- Sell or rent IPTV subscriptions, TV accounts, codes, apps or devices.
- Host, re-stream or link to pirated or unlicensed content.
- Act as official support for any TV or streaming brand.
- Request payment details directly on the forum for any subscription service.
All brand names, channel names, series titles, logos and trademarks mentioned by users on the forum belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discussion only.
3. User-generated content & responsibility
Threads, posts and private messages on the forum are created by individual users. These users are responsible for the content they publish and for making sure they do not break any laws or violate the forum rules.
The moderation team may remove or edit content that:
- Promotes piracy or illegal streaming sources.
- Attempts to sell or buy accounts, codes or similar items.
- Contains spam, misleading “offers” or abusive behaviour.
- Violates copyright or the rights of third parties.

4. Data we collect
We try to keep data collection minimal and focused on operating the forum safely. Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

- Chosen forum username (nickname).

- Profile details you optionally add (e.g., short bio or interests).
- Password (stored in hashed form and not visible to us in plain text).
4.2. Forum activity
- Posts, replies, votes and private messages you send through the forum.
- Time and date of your interactions, such as when your account was created and last active.
4.3. Technical data & logs
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, device type, time of request).
- Security-related logs that help detect spam, abuse or attempted attacks.
4.4. Cookies & analytics
The forum may use cookies or similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in as you navigate between pages.

If you believe a child has registered an account without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review and, if necessary, remove the account.
11. No professional or commercial advice
The content on Apollo TV Forum is for informal discussion only. Posts on the forum are opinions from individual users and not professional, legal, financial or technical advice. You should always check official sources (such as broadcasters, streaming platforms or regulators) before making important decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on discussions on this site.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy & Legal Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the forum, legal requirements or best practices. When we make significant updates, we will post a notice on the forum and adjust the “last updated” date below.
